Kutna Hora is a city in Czech Republic about an hour away from Prague. Easily accessible by car or train. It is also part of the UNESCO World Heritage and is home to the freakiest sight I have ever seen (Kostnice Ossuary). Kostnice Ossuary is a church which was build in the 16th Century out of human bones which were buried there and is said to contain the bones of over 40,000 people. On top of the city there is the famous St. Barbara and the Cathedral of Our Lady at Sedlec, where you can find statues and provides beautiful views of the city. It is a perfect day trip away from Prague and in my mind not to be missed!

It's not really called "Kostnice Ossuary". Look at the third photo. The words "Kostnice", "Ossuary" and "Beinhaus" all mean the same thing (in Czech, English and German, respectively) – "House of bones". When you write "Kostnice Ossuary", it just means "Ossuary Ossuary". To make the matters more complicated, Kostnice is also a Czech name for German city of Konstanz (which has no ossuary).
