Royal Pavilion
The Royal Pavilion

When looking at the Royal Pavilion, it seems as if you are in India. However, to many people’s surprise it is actually located in Brighton, UK. It can be reached by taking a short train ride from London to the south of the United Kingdom. The Royal Pavilion was built by King George IV with an oriental style both on the inside and the outside. While the outside is very Indian looking, the inside has many parts which are influenced by the chinese textile style. It is a very interesting building not so much for its architecture but for the fact that you can see a bit of India in the middle of United Kingdom.
